We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet district but only 5 Metro stops away from Nanging East Stn. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist us with a warm smile. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant and relaxing in the bar/lounge area. The staff truly made our stay memorable with their excellent service and attention to detail.

Yes, price per night at the hotel did not match to price as per Booked.net. Also, Visa/master card was not acceptable or Dollar, which made our check-in experience not nice.

It was very good hotel for me and my family. The staff is nice, location is good and all services , specially cleaning, were excellent. I'll recommend this hotel to everybody, who looking the quiet and clean, not expensive hotel in Shanghai.

The hotel's location is very handy for Tongji University and not too far from the city center. It's next to the metro station, so getting around is convenient. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with free internet. the service is excellent, and the helpful staff speaks English. the breakfast has adequate western food to keep you full.

One thing to note is that the air conditioning/heating system may not be very effective, as some guests have mentioned in their reviews.

The only annoyance about this hotel was that for some reason it did not accept my Singapore visa card. I therefore had to walk 5 minutes down the road to get cash out for the deposit.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is located right beside an mrt station which makes travel and shopping within the city cheap and easy. Simply put, it is an excellent hotel with very reasonable rates.

My Easter break at this hotel was great! The spacious room was super clean, and the free snacks in the fridge were a nice touch. The location was perfect since it was close to the university and the metro station. The rooftop pool had an amazing view of the city and was a great place to relax.

The breakfast had limited options, and the coffee was not that great. The gym was small and didn't have enough equipment. Also, the wifi was very slow, and it was difficult to get any work done. I had a pleasant stay, but there is room for improvement in some areas.

I loved the location of the hotel as it was very close to the metro station that had direct access to the city centre and Hongqiao airport. The room was well equipped and very clean. Breakfast had a lot of choices and staff was friendly.
